How do I create an account?
Open the app and follow the sign-up flow. Create an account with your email and verify that email address to start using Swapspace.
I'm having trouble logging in
Use the password reset option on the sign in screen first. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and include the email or phone number on your account.
How do parking swaps and requests work?
Swaps connect a driver leaving a parking spot with a driver looking for a spot. Those drivers then coordinate in the app to complete the swap. Requests connect a driver looking for a parking spot with drivers who might be willing to give up their parking spots. If we can find a match, the drivers can coordinate the exchange in the app. The app walks you through each step of the way.
I'm having a problem with rewards or payments
Contact support with the date, amount, reference number, and a screenshot if available. This helps us investigate and resolve your issue faster.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email support with your device type, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
How do I delete my account?
Use our account deletion page. You must sign in to confirm. Your account is disabled as soon as you confirm, and your account data is deleted within 30 days of your request (some records may be retained where the law requires).
